Long-Distance: Estimates & Quotes
When it comes to long-distance moves, understanding the costs is crucial. Here’s how we handle it:
Estimates: We provide an initial estimate based on the scope of your project and the details discussed during our preliminary conversation with you. An estimate gives you an approximate idea of the moving costs based on the expected time and resources needed. Please note, an estimate is not a binding quote.
Flat Rate Quotes: For a binding quote, we require a complete walkthrough or a detailed inventory list provided by you. This flat rate quote guarantees the price for the long-distance move, ensuring there are no surprises on moving day. Flat rate quotes are ideal for those who prefer financial certainty and are moving out of our local service area.
