The Moving Company's inception was a result of my desire to start a small business as well as to fill a void within the industry for clients that deserve quality movers! My inspiration stems from my background working within the Union Cement Mason Trades. I completed my apprenticeship with the skilled trades union and spent the next twenty-plus years as a Journeyman cement finisher. The job was demanding in such a way: early mornings, working in the elements, time constraints, and providing customer satisfaction.  When our family relocated to Virginia Beach, I decided to venture into an industry that would allow my work ethic and leadership qualities to shine. It is within this environment that I am confident to provide a service that is among the top 3 most stressful events in one's life.
